Today my daughter was assaulted by her husband and drug down the road by a truck driven by his brother, the brother is facing felony charges but the husband who pushed her down and then told the brother to drive while my daughter attempted to retrieve her purse from the truck is only facing a misdemeanor charge.

My question is, is there anything she can say to the prosecutor that would help to have the husbands charge increased?

He has not been charged with domestic violence, and she would like for that to happen.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My husband is has a deportation date but we have re-applied for his citizenship. He used his suspended social security number to apply for a credit card,therefore the state is charging him with fraud. we just received a letter today from “deportation” they want him to register? does anyone know what this means?
